Hotel Navigation

To start off, the Wyndham Hotel is divided into three buildings: First
building is located closest to Atlantic Ave which has the parking
garage-floors 1-4, the Atlantic Foyer (convention hall)-Level 2 and West
Wing Suites-floors 2-5. The second building(middle) has the front desk and
gift shop on Level 1 and the business center, executive offices, Cape
Charles rooms and the  Mariner rooms on Level 2. The third building is
closest to the oceanfront, it has the east wing & tower-floors 1-18, the
indoor/outdoor pools-level 1, weight room-level 1, guest laundry-level 1,
access to the beach-level 1, vending machines-level 1 and the Surf Club
Ocean Grille-level 1. This is also where you would go for the dog relief
area. 

2nd Building and Main Lobby
The passenger drop off and main entrance is between buildings 1 and 2. Main
entrance to the hotel lobby and front desk is on your right in building 2 on
the 1st floor. When you enter through the automatic doors, the front desk is
on your left and the lobby is on your right. Straight ahead is another
automatic door leading to outside and building 3. With your back facing the
front desk, the elevator and stairs to the 2nd floor is off to your left.
Gift shop and restrooms are back to the right side of the lobby. The
Concierge desk is on the right side as well.  When arriving on the 2nd
floor, the Cape Charles rooms A, B & C are on your right side. The catwalk
from building 2 to the Atlantic Foyer is off to your left. The business
center and executive offices are down the hallway behind you past the
stairs. Mariner rooms A & B are down the hallway straight ahead on you, this
hallway(not wheelchair accessible) will also take you to building 3 on the
second level which is where child care is located(room 201).

1st Building
You can enter the 1st building from either the left side of the passenger
drop off area or through the catwalk on the second floor of the 2nd
building. First floor is only parking; an elevator and stair case is
available by the passenger drop off area. Second floor is split with parking
and the Atlantic Foyer. Floors 3 & 4 is for parking only. Floors 5-8 has the
West Wing Suites. It is recommended that you enter the Atlantic Foyer on the
2nd floor by using the catwalk from building 2. On the right side of the
catwalk are restrooms and two chairs. Enter the Atlantic Foyer by walking
through the double doors. When entering, on your immediate left is an
elevator to floors 1-8 and a door to the 2nd floor parking garage. The
exhibit tables will be located along the left side after the parking garage
door.   On your immediate right is the registration counter. Also on the
right past the registration table is the York, James and Rappahannock
Ballrooms(in that exact order). Straight ahead of you on the other side of
the Atlantic Foyer are a piano and a window. 

3rd Building and Main Tower         
Enter the 3rd building by exiting the 2nd building and crossing the
crosswalk to the automatic doors.  Note that the crosswalk bears off to the
left; it is not a straight shot across. The entrance has a small lobby with
tables and chairs. When entering the lobby from the roadside entrance, to
your left is the Surf Club Ocean Grille. Further down on the left are three
elevators to floors 1-18 oceanfront rooms. Take this elevator to the second
floor for child care (room 201). Straight ahead in the lobby is a hallway
that turns to the right, the first door on your left after turning is the
weight room, second door is guest laundry. A little further down that
hallway on the right is the entrance to the indoor pool. Down that same
hallway on the left, almost opposite of the pool, is a hallway that leads to
the beach access door. Out the beach access doors is a patio with a railing
straight ahead. Towards the middle of the railing are steps down to the
sand. Out the doors and to the left is the Surf Club Ocean Grille; to the
right are the dog relief area and the handicap ramp down to the sand. 

Dog Relief Area
In the 3rd building, go out the beach access doors and turn to the right.
Follow that side walk to the grass straight ahead. This is where the "dog
friendly" rooms are located. They will have several trash cans throughout
the property if you cannot make it to the relief area. Some bags will be
provided, please try to bring your own. 

Hotel Hints
.	Elevator in the main lobby by the front desk (2nd building) only
goes to the 2nd floor.
.	Most rooms will be located in the 3rd building in the tower or east
wing. Use the elevators in the lobby of the 3rd building. 
.	Most suites are located in the 1st building on floors 5-8. Use
elevator in parking garage or the Atlantic Foyer. 
.	It's easier and recommended that you use the catwalk on the second
floor of the 2nd building to access the Atlantic Foyer. 
.	Keep you room key with you, many activity rooms require a room key.
