We are seeking a Veteran who served during the Vietnam era and is 100 %
service related disabled (e.g. Blind).  If you know of someone that fits
this description, please let me know.  We need individuals like this to
speak with members of Congress to help obtain legislation to benefit Blind
Veterans.
