Hey NFB Family and Friends,

The leaves are falling, the air is crisp and everyone is gearing up to
attend the NFB of Virginia's State Convention! Our Convention will run from
Sunday, October 24th through Sunday, October 31st.  There will be something
for everyone, time to chill with friends, interactive seminars and our
informative general sessions.  Be sure to register, this is one event you

We are a  family of like minded people striving for the betterment of us
all.  Please support Holly Frisch, from our Fredericksburg Chapter and
listen to artists and musicians perform.  This concert is on November 1st,
perfect timing, after Convention, you'll want to kick back, relax and listen
to talented blind performers doing their thing.

VFB is a 501c3 (nonprofit tax exempt) charitable organization serving blind
and visually impaired citizens of the Greater Fredericksburg Area so they
can live fuller, happier, and more productive lives.  All proceeds from
ticket sales will go to VFB programs designed to aid these citizens in their
endeavors.  On behalf of our blind neighbors, we thank you for your support.

 Another opportunity to support one of our own Deborah Prost , from our
Tidewater Chapter as she performs at the 2nd annual Believe You can Talent
Show put on by the Keystone Chapter of the NFB of Pennsylvania.  Deborah
will be competing with others for prizes.  Tickets are $10 each.  The event
takes place on Saturday, October 16 @ 7 PM via zoom.  Here are all the
details about the event, including how to get tickets.  

Hosted by the Keystone Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of
Pennsylvania, this year's event promises to be filled with excitement, fun,
and lots of positivity. Join us as we bring you a night packed with singers,
dancers, musicians, spoken word artists, and more!
