[NFBV-Announce] Update on Website Outage & Convention Deadlines

Dear Friends,

We want to acknowledge that our website, *nfbv.org <http://nfbv.org>*, has
been experiencing a site-wide outage since yesterday. We deeply apologize
for the inconvenience this has caused, especially during this important
time leading up to our convention.

We are working closely with our national partner to resolve the issue as
quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding while we
get everything back online.

To ensure no one misses out due to the outage:

   -

   *Convention Sponsor Early Bird Deadline Extended:* Sponsors now have
   until *Friday, August 29* to lock in the 20% early bird discount.
   -

   *Session Idea Submissions:* If you’d like to propose a session for the
   convention, please email *President Tracy Soforenko* at
   *Tracy.Soforenko at gmail.com* with the following:
   1.

      Proposed session title
      2.

      Summary for the convention agenda
      3.

      Detailed outline for your session
      4.

      Preferred time slot: *Thursday 7–10 p.m., Friday 1–10 p.m., or
      Saturday 1–6 p.m.*

We are grateful for your continued support and flexibility as we work
through this unexpected hurdle. Our convention is built on the ideas,
energy, and commitment of our community, and we can’t wait to see it all
come together.
