Below is time sensitive information concerning our annual winter holiday party.  It requires immediate action because the date our social committee selected is Sunday, December 4.  The party will be that Sunday evening at Bravo restaurant,  1 Towne Centre Blvd., and start at 6:30.

When the committee negotiated with the restaurant management, the objective was to provide a choice of chicken, fish or pasta.  Lowering the price would eliminate the fish alternative.  Please review this information very carefully and, if possible, be prepared to make commitments at Saturday's chapter meeting.

Holly, I have crunched the numbers for the cost of the holiday dinner.  It will be 30 dollars per person, which includes tax, tip and rounded up to avoid any odd cents as you requested.

The manager needs a head count two weeks prior to our date, which means we need a firm number of attendees by this Sunday. 

Please get the word out to everyone that they will choose from the following dining options:
Either a house or Caesar salad
Entree choices will be: 
Grilled Salmon Salad
Mama's Lasagna Bolognese
Grilled Chicken Marsala

To save time, please request that members pay our treasurer prior to the dinner date; the treasurer will then give one entire check to the restaurant.

Please note that if members are not happy with the chosen menu, they are free to order off menu at the restaurant, but then will be responsible for their own bill, which should include an 18% gratuity and 9% tax.
