> Hello everyone. My name is Wayne Williams and I am the new Zoom Coordinator on the Communication Committee. I can be contacted about meetings preferable via email or text (but I can do phone calls as well). My email is wayne.williams026 at gmail.com and my cell number is 540-535-6958. I understand that sometimes last minute changes arise but I would appreciate a week's notice if meetings need to be moved around. To make sure that I have the most up to date information I request that all chapters, clubs, and committees using the affiliate zoom to please send me an email with your chapter, club, or committee name and regular meeting date and time so that I can compare it to my notes to minimize future conflicts. Thank you all for your assistance to make sure everyone has the meeting times they need.
