prior to your travel to explain your situation and arrange for special

General information about Complaint Resolution Officials

Passengers who experience discrimination by the airline can request
immediate on site assistance from a Complaint Resolution Official (CRO).
CROs have been specially trained in sensitivity and awareness, as well as
applicable federal regulations and legislation.  

CRO's are also available upon request when making flight reservations over
the phone.

 

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) also has a Disability Hotline at
1-800-778-4838. The Hotline is available from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET,
Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Passengers wishing to file a disability complaint against an airline may do
