I use in wlm and it may work similarly in outlook
alt f for the file menu and s a for save attachment
If that doesn’t work try alt f for file and up and down arrow to save as attachment
Let me know if this is close

Can someone give me the easiest and correct way to save a document that is attached to an email, after opening the document  and save in documents?
