Subject: [Njtechdiv] cell phone question.

Hi list my sister bought a replacement phone but it isn’t talking. the
verizon sales person says it does. it doesn’t even make the standard verizon
sound when it turns on. so I can’t set up ringtone or anything. the keys
are automaticly dialing numbers if pressed. so does that accessibility part
need to be turned on, can I do it hear? not sure if it’s the same phone I
had but the buttons are configured the same way. it is similar to the
haven.
