If what Mario says doesn’t work, have you tried opening the file menu once you’re inside the document? Open the document, hit alt, and I usually find myself in the file menu, where I can find “save”.

Subject: [Njtechdiv] Opening PDF on-Line?

Hi All,

I am trying to open a statement for my credit card on my bank’s web site. while I can find and open the PDF on-the-spot, I cannot figure out how to download a copy to my hard drive. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can accomplish this? I’m using the latest version & release of Jaws 2019 & Windows 10.

I’ve tried routing my cursor on what I think is the file name and hitting the right mouse button, but am not presented with the menu to save/download. I want to have a copy on my computer so I can use K1000 to open and read the document to me.What I am reading on-line does not give me the breakdown of charges & that’s what I want to review. I usually don’t have problems trying to save pdf’s to my drive – this is very frustrating!

Thanks for any help or pointers in the right direction.

Eileen
