[NJTechDiv] question about windows ten

Hi I need help with windows ten and outlook 16
It is Less 
I am asking this question 
I know how to add a folder  to windows ten but it tells me I have this folder all ready but I go to the folders it is not  there 
I do what it takes to put a email in the folder but as I arrow down I have four groups of the same folders  
I do not know what to do with them 
Each group is the same names 
I am asking any one that could help me with this problum Please email meor send a email in the teck list and I will get back to you
