everything is on I do hear the dings on occasion so I deathly know that the

my desktop, on occasion the volume gets set down to 0. Can you try running
Narrator on the laptop? The sound runs through the system card unlike Jaws
or NVDA which goes out through the speakers.

hi, I recently installed office 365 on my personal laptop. It really has
not been working proficiently and now my jaws Will not turn on no matter
what I do, I am at a total loss, I do know the computer is on, I can see it
and the windows do change if I Altaba but there’s no way I can get the jaws
on even went into the context menu and nothing happened, any advice would be
appreciated
