[NJTechDiv] Windows Mail

Has Windows Mail been "improved"?  I used to hit enter on a message in the
message list, and it would open the reading pane, where I could arrow down
and read the message.
Now, when I do that, it only shows me the first line of the message.  I
have tried maximizing the screen, but that didn't help.  I can tab to
links, but that doesn't help me read the message text.

I am using Windows 10 and NVDA.
