Hi Tracy,I’ve got PSE&G, so I went to the login page, and, sure enough, there's no recaptcha at all. It says it's protected by recaptcha, but nothing's there. I did notice a swirly-looking circle made of arrows to the right of the screen, but clicking on it does nothing.Maybe by "recaptcha" they mean, we won't let you log in! My husband had AIRA join him through Teamviewer, and they didn’t see the captcha, either.  The only way that worked was for the AIRA agent to login to our account herself and make the payment, which is way less than ideal.  I tried with Firefox and Chrome, and no joy with either.  I suppose I could try with the iPhone app, but I’m not real keen on that.If anyone else has gotten past their “protection” please let me know your secret.Tracy
