[NJTechDiv] what is microsoft trying to push on me

Hi list ken here launched my PC and when I entered suddenly the screen reader starting this long long rant, Just a moment we need to hook your computer up to a few more microsoft services to make it run across all your devices…  it just kept babbling on and on control wouldn’t shut it up finally shut off my headset and turned it on again there is a remind me in three days button.  What is this I have one drive backed up what is this microsoft windows hello we must finish setting up your PC.. and why now have had this machine since October 2021.
