[NJTechDiv] prepaid phones

Hi techies ken here with a question yesterday denise was supposedly having her trackphone wireless reupped who ever did it at this so called enable inc took the phone but not her so now this braindead home of her have left her with a paperweight again.  So my question is when a phone is reupped a prepaid phone like track phone wireless what is actually done?  What is done to the simcard and what didn’t someone do at target.  They didn’t take her with them she’s got  when she does get this back with she have the same number I don’t know why they didn’t take her.  So for now at least she has a little high tech paperweight.  Again.  Boy she needs NFB bad!
