[NJTechDiv] report Lyft ride never occured

Hi Serena, 
In the Lyft app, select and doubletap Menu, then Help, then, under All Help Issues, select and doubletap Lyft Ride and Payment Issues. There you'll find Driver Never picked me up.
If you were using AccessLink's Riders Choice, I would report the matter to AccessLink as well.
