[NJTechDiv] Get Started with iCloud dialogue when computer starts

Hi all,

Recently, every time my computer starts, I get a Get Started with iCloud
dialogue.  I use iCloud on my iPhone.  Is there any way to stop the
dialogue from coming up?  Maybe, iCloud is starting up in the background
when the computer starts?  I don't know which background process to disable
in the task manager.
