Tara,
I agree that having Jim speak would be excellent. Whoever is complaining
about you being President obvisouly does not know you.  I would like to take
a moment to thank you for what you have done as NMABS president thus far and
that I have one hundred percent confidence in you.  When I stepped down as
President, I knew you would lead the division well.
