Although individual beliefs are very important, it is unprofessional to either by intent or by omission, to force them upon a student. Refusing to transcribe materials with which you disagree is, at least defacto, an attempt at religious conversion, which in public schools, would place you in an impossible position. Now, to avoid that, you might consider looking for jobs in Christian schools. That could solve your problem. Good luck.
