Hello,
I was wondering what you all do during virtual learning with your screen readers? Do you have the computers set so that your students can’t hear your reader of choice or do you tell your students you have it? I am asking because when I’m on zoom I can have it set that way. However, my current placement are using blackboard collaborate ultra and I was told that when my microphone is on they can hear voiceover. I want to see if there is a way for the kids not to hear voiceover when I’m not muted and am teaching. Is this possible with voiceover on a mac or is that better done on a windows with jaws?
Thank you in advance for the help,
Jackie Larrauri
