[Oabs] Newsletter

Hi, OABSters,

I've wanted to start a division newsletter for the past year, and we
were just not to the point where we had enough information to really
fill one---or so I thought.  I read through all 30 Kernel books last
night since the homework load was unusually light, and I do think we
could follow that model, mixing in some updates of our exploits as we
grow bigger and better.  I realize that the people of the affiliate
don't know us outside of convention and the list serve, and one of the
goals of a newsletter is to provide insight about members.

I have not heard from Joy, and if she's still interested I'd be happy
to let her serve as editor.  If not, then I'd be happy to take on that
responsibility, as both Dr. Jernigan and Dr. Maurer edited the Kernel
Books while they were being written.  I would imagine that Mark
Riccobono will serve as editor for this next Kernel Book.

Right now, I'm trying to toss around names that are catchy.  Here is a
short list of them, as I just started last night.  Feel free to send
other ideas over the list, and at our November meeting we will pick
the one we like best.

Ohio Observer,
Vision,
The Pioneering Puple,
Scholastic Dispatch,
The Student Tribune.
