[Oabs] Board meeting

Hi all,

It was a challenge to rangle everyone in August last year for a board
meeting, so I have called the board together at the end of this month.
Though not as much time has elapsed there is a lot for us to discuss.
Those who are not on the board are not required to call in, but are
highly encouraged and are certainly welcome to do so.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, July 30th at 7:30 PM.  We
will use our standard conference line, which you can find at the
bottom of the tentative agenda just past the adjourn notation.  I will
send out another reminder a few days before so those who want to come
can have the updated agenda and the number again.  We may or may not
work on the awards packet on this call.  I've sent an email to JW, who
chairs the awards committee, to ask if the new form will be available
or if it is the same as the one we used last year.
