[Oagdu] When and how to file a complaint???

I think the police are wrong, but you should check with the
manager of the store. Yes we need to educate the public and businesses.
I have been very lucky. I did have the one problem with a woman in my
building
and the land lord came down hard on her
We just had a note from our Land lord. She said that only service dogs
were aloud
in the common area, and must be leashed. MS. P. always has her harness on
when we
go into the common room. No trouble at all. Megan and Ms. P.
