The lawsuit you are referring to is about absentee voting. Barbara
Pierce, Shelby Hindle and me are the people named and NFB and Office
of Disability Rights filed the suit. I would contact your local board
of elections and ask them how you will be able to vote. Our lawsuit
is to make it possible for Ohio residents with print disabilities to
vote privately by using an electronic absentee ballot. We would use
our computers and a screen reader to be able to vote without
assistance.
