[Ohio-talk] Eligibility for VR Services

Hi All,
After reading Mr. Connors explanation on dligibility for VR Services and the description of MSAID, SAID and Other Eligible Individuals I honestly think that the criteria could be somewhat subjective.
For exaample how is one's competency in an area  judged. How would a counselor decide if someone has significant deficits in Communication or mobility for example.
Is Communiation considered Computer Skills, Braille, writing signature, etc.
How much mobility is considered coneptable so that a person can function.
I am not trying to be picky but I think these things should be made clear to someone.
Perhaps someone in the Affiliate has ! answers.
Self-direction and sepfcare are pre™y obious.
