Please take a look at this list and let me know if you are not planning on
attending the Convention this year and thus will not be available to work.

Dear J.W.:

Mrs. Jernigan and I are beginning to put together the schedules for the aids
and appliances demonstrators, storekeepers, and cashiers at the NFB
Independence Market for our 2012 National Convention. Here is a list of
persons from your state who worked last year--

Carol Akers

Gloria Robinson

Wanda Sloan

Susan Day

Bernie Dressell

Paul Dressell

Barbara Fohl

Shawn Martin

Milena Zavoli

Deanna Lewis

Richard Payne

Devita Williams

Sheri Albers

Deborah Kendrick

Debbie Baker

Beth Debus

Eric Duffy

Donny Boggs

Ruth Boggs

Sheri Wells-Jensen

Please go through the list and eliminate those who will not be attending
convention this year or who you believe will be unable to work. If you
know of others who can work, please add them to the list so that I can give
them an assignment this year.

We are anxious to get the assignments out, so please get back to us as soon
as possible. It is contemplated that each individual will work a four-hour
(morning or afternoon) and a two-hour (lunch) shift. This is only a total
of six hours.

Please do what you can to help us to have plenty of workers at the NFB
Independence Market to assist our fellow members. I look forward to working
with each of you on this important project.

Sincerely,

(Mrs.) Patricia A. Maurer
