Colleen, I agree with you, sometimes if we are not leading the charge
we may begin to feel left out. We need to adjust to being a
leader/teacher and things would fall into place. It's great that you
had good leadership.

Wanda, you know how many people read ohio-talk, they listen, but can
we begin to accept changing leadership styles? That is the question!
Each time we elect anyone, judges, presidents, congressional leaders,
pastors, or anyone, it is a huge part of their job to create a team.
If they fail, the group suffers in a big way. I heard Colan Powell
speak a few years ago about team building and it was great, he builds
his team from the ground up beginning with the folks that park the car
and empty the wastebaskets. There is something to learn in that!
