Hi Oneyone,
I think we should remember that individuals cannot decide to have a Fund Raiser in the Name of a Chapter or Division without approval from that Chapter or Division. This means a vote of the Board of Directors or Chapter.
When a Member sees that they are not following the NFB of Ohio Constitution, The Chapter Constitution or Division Constitution this problem should cease immediately. We must follow the rules for 501c3 Organizations.
How much clearer cwe make this?
