I'hi Kaiti,
I think the course is completely online.  There is probably a way 
to access the information to practice online as well.  I think 
they have an optional training where they do mock calling, but 
it's not part of the course.  I'd do it, but I do not live close 
to the Sight Center, so that's the reason I'm doing it online.
I live about an hour away.
