Eric,

 

I am equally excited and enthusiastic about this endeavor.  For a long time,
we the Cleveland Chapter has wanted to assist our first-timers to the
convention.  Just about all of our new members are hungry for more
information and to learn about the NFB as a collective force.  I am only
saddened to know that they will not have the opportunity to experience Dr.
Maurer at the helm.

 

It will be wonderful to have 75 or more Ohioans marching into the 2015
Convention. This would only enhance their developmental process of becoming
into amazing leaders for the cause.

 

Prior to you sending this info out, I watched the piece on Dr. Maurer's
journey and leadership provided for us on the WEB.  I was proud to know that
his guidance was so profound as a blind individual: which has paralleled to
other civil right leaders.  I think Anil stated this during the video.  It
also was nice to see Barbara represent Ohio in this as well.  If everyone
has not seen the video, please do so!

 

So, I know that we as a State will be driven and focused in this endeavor to
meet the goal of 75 strong in 2015.  A united effort is just what the Dr.
ordered!
