[Ohio-talk] Calls and Emails to Senator Portman needed

We almost got this passed in 2012, but conservative Republicans got lots of pressure from people doing home schooling for some reason opposing this UN Convention. We have all the protections in it, but we are trying to help disabled people around the world. .
