[Ohio-talk] Toledo Sight Center

Cheryl, I appreciate that but it will take people in the Toledo area
to make the needed changes.  That is why I asked if anyone from NFB
was on the board.  Often the board is made up of business people in
the community who have the ability to raise money for the organization
and that is good but there also need to be blind people on the board
who can represent the needs of the people who receive services.  This
could also be handled through different committees providing guidance
to the agency.  We can complain all we want but until we get in and
work for change, nothing will happen.  We need to stop being so
passive.
