You say Nebraska's program is modelled on the NFB Centers. Is there a
brochure or other document we can link to to learn how it was modeled after
the NFB Centers? For instance, is it residential? How many months long is
the program? Do Staff spend time evenings and weekends doing things in the
community with blind people who are in the program?

That is because Nebraska has a state run orientation and adjustment program
modeled on the NFB centers. Ohio has no such center. How do we get it done?
