Robbie, yes I agree with you and am glad you introduced this subject.
Another issue that I sometimes have trouble is the tome of the
message. We must remember that a e mail is impersonal communication. I
am making an effort to be careful not to sound indifferent, angry ...
anything negative, smiles. I am passionate and begin typing, oops
there it goes, lol!
