I looked into a property in Lakewood and the neighborhood seemed quiet and had busing. It was through Binion properties. It wasn't too bad-just a bit of a long ride for me when I'm working in University Circle. I'm moving to the Cleveland Heights area and Binion has some properties there near bus lines, too. Maybe try checking them out. HTH.
