Hi again,
I am pasting the text from the flyer in this message, in case the
attachment did not come through.
Welcome! Accessible Pharmacy’s Packaging Advisory Committee “PAC” was
created to help our healthcare team learn about the accessibility of
various types of medication packages. PAC members receive a FREE monthly
supply of a vitamin of their choice in select accessible packaging. In
exchange, PAC members simply need to share feedback about accessibility of
the packaging.
FAQs:
How do I participate?
If you have been invited to join the committee, simply call 215-799-9900
to speak with a Care Coordinator about participating. They will share the
list of vitamin options with you.
What do I need to do?
Once your PAC package is delivered, take your vitamins, and be on the
lookout for an email from Accessible Pharmacy to share your feedback.
Can I stop if I want?
Just call or email info at AccessiblePharmacy.com
<info at accessiblepharmacy.com> to cancel your participation.
Am I required to purchase anything?
No! We are grateful for the feedback so that we can support our patients
with the most accessible medication experience.
