RFB and D is a good source for that. When I attended SUNY Purchase College, [Fall 2002 through the Spring of 2006], RFB and D had a cassette version of a book called Tonal Harmony.

Start with that.

  Welcome to the list.  Have you checked RFB&D?  They will do a bibliography for you of what they have.  I recall many years ago that they did have some things, but don't know what they've transfered to digital format at this point.

  If they don't have what you need, I think they still record requested books, if you send them 2 print copies, but it's been a while since I've done that.
