	Nope, it doesn't work. Well, maybe it works but I am getting an
unsafe file message. What do we really know about the organization from an
objective point of view. Their website has sketchy information, they claim
to be a nonprofit, but the IRS does not confirm this, and my request for an
EIN to check them out has not been fulfilled.

That sounds like your browser not showing you the button to click on save or
open. They're on the screen, but sometimes the screen reader in rare cases
won't show it to you.
If you have a browser like Firefox installed, try that to see if that opens
for you. Cause the file is up and does work.
