It was hard for the instructors to know how to teach me. In today's no touch policy before Coved19. Because you never know if somebody's going to bring that up in complaints. Once we got past that all it was was muscle memory. In the process of receiving my second degree I had to stop. Because my migraines were getting too intensive. But I always have an open door if I ever wanted to comeback. My biggest accomplishment was competingin Worlds. In worlds is a different competition than just local or State. If you are in Physical Disabilities,
It doesn't matter if you are first degree or fifth degree, they are putting you in the bunch. I received third in forms and weapons, and second in sparring and combat. But to answer you, if you have dance experience, Taekwondo should not hold you back. I hope this helped.

Thank you for sharing your story with us. All I can say is Wow! You have quite the experience and resume. I will definitely be checking out your songs. Did you have a lot of challenges learning taiquando? I wanted to try ti chi but finding instructors has been difficult for the things I want to do. You definitely have a lot going for you.
