[Pibe-division] Is this the way to teach a kindergartener Braille?

Hi,
My educated guess would be to say no. But, then again I didn't have the 
opportunity to learn Braille when I was that young and I also have 
Albinism as well. Is the TVI sighted?  Would it be problem if I post 
this to another list that I'm on that is a list that has Professionals on it?
