It should contain the eye condition, visual acuity with best correction, field loss, if that is the problem, perscription for glasses, if any and the date of the exam.  Could you open the pdf in Kurzweil or Open Book?  If it is a hand written report that would not work but if it is typed Kurzweil will treat it just like a scanned document.

Hi Everyone:
The CSE wants eye reports from my students that have additional disabilities in addition to being visually impaired. What information should an ophthalmologist include on each studentsa eye report? I had a hard time accessing an eye report to see the information myself since it was in a pdf document and presented ina graphical image. Jaws for Windows could noot convert the text into speech.
