[Pibe-division] Question about Braille Plus 18

I have a student who currently is using a Braillenote MPower, but her
classmates are using a Samsung Galaxy as a Mobile Learning Device in the
classroom.  We've been trying to figure out a way for her to access it and
have been considering a Braillenote Apex.

Does anyone know what would be the positives and negatives on the Braille
Plus 18 vs the Braillenote Apex?
