[Pibe-division] question about ocr products and microsoft scanner

Sarah, I think you need to change some of the settings to get the best scan
in either Kurzweil or Open Book. It takes some practice. I have used
Kurzweil for over 15 years and find it very easy to scan a document. It
can also scan a pdf file that cannot be recognized by the screen readers.
I don't know if Open Book can do that or not. I guess my first question
would be what will be you be scanning most of the time and then try both
products to see which gives you the best results.
