[Pibe-division] LookTel VoiceOver Tutorial

I tried this app and I think it could be helpful and fun when teaching
students to use some of the voiceover commands.  It talks about the split
finger tap, double tap, flick gestures, and rotor gesture.  It has 2 games
beginners can play to learn these gestures.  Best of all, it is free in the
IOS app store.  LookTel hopes to come out with more tutorials.
