That sounds like an interesting query.  Hopefully, people will respond on the list so that others who work with adults can get some ideas.

I am looking for assessments that can be used to determine skill levels for adults in a short duration rehab program. I would like them to establish an initial level of skill in an area, as a baseline, and upon re-administration, give an achieved skill level at the end of the program. Specifically, I would like them in DLS, O&M, and braille, but would welcome them in other areas.
