[Pibe-division] Help with Braille

If what I read is correct, we are near a relatively inexpensive 
refreshable Braille display, in the range of $500.  However, it does 
have one major limitation, it is really intended for use as a way to 
read text, in Braille, not as a way to interactibvely interface and 
work with a computer.
