[Pibe-division] Accessible web design software

What would anyone recommend a student use with JAWS to create web pages?  I
have a student going to a STEM school and a good deal of their
presentations have to be done by creating a web page.  The school used
Weebly and Wix.  So far, my student and I do not find either to be JAWS
friendly.
