Hello Mike,
I am a jaws user. I use the program called Dreamweaver to do my website. It works good with jaws. Another one that you might want to look at is doing a website through Google. Now I am not sure how accessible it is with jaws. You can use Microsoft Word to create a website as well. These are just some suggestions. Hope these suggestions help.
Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

Subject: [Pibe-division] Accessible web design software
What would anyone recommend a student use with JAWS to create web pages? I have a student going to a STEM school and a good deal of their presentations have to be done by creating a web page. The school used Weebly and Wix. So far, my student and I do not find either to be JAWS friendly.
Thanks,
