[Pibe-division] borrowing in subtraction problems with Nemeth code

Ok, then no, I did not require students to use cancellation signs when regrouping. If it is confusing for the student, you could have them put a full cell over the number they are borrowing from and rewrite the new value above. Others may have other opinions. I did show them how to read the cancellation signs because they show up in text books.
